Defiant PvP Rule Set:

Guild Raid PvP Rule Set

--No flagging and or keying raid encounter will be interrupted if that encounter has been engaged and or  fight has been started.

-Flagging or keying mob is defined as importance to that guild fighting the mob, not your keyed or flagged status.

--On a non flagging and or keying mob, and as long as you have the force to kill the mob.  You can attack while that raid force is engaged in said encounter.

-Force sufficient to kill the said mob is defined as without a question you have the sufficient classes needed to sucessfully enagage and kill the mob.  So if you attack a guild engaging TRC and it will require 72 of them but your people are geared sufficiently enough to engage and beat the encounter with 36, then you would not be in violation of this rule.

General PvP Rule Set

--KoS means Kill on Sight.  Geared or ungeared matters not.  There is now guild corpse summoners, so any person entering a PvP zone wihtout gear does so at there own risk.

--Any and all persons involved in any encounter not defined as a Guild Raid Mob can be attacked at anytime.

-The requirement of a sufficient number to sucessfully kill this mob does not have to be met.

--Using mobs in any fashion during PvP is and will not be allowed under any circumstances.

-This is defined by what is considered training and causing the training of an encounter.  However, if persons engaged on a mob and you assist that mob and attack the person on that mobs agro, that will not be considered a violation of this rule.

--Training and or doing what a reasonable person would know would cause a train and the experience loss of anyone will not be allowed.

-Training is defined as intentionally bringing mobs that would not have been normally agro'd on that person without those mobs being brought into agro range of that person.  Running back to a zone line where you are aware there is persons with the idea to zone safely leaving the train at the zoneline and into the agro range of those persons is a violation of this rule.

-Any class that can run away from said pvP and sucsessfully lose agro as in fade or fd and that class is chased and causes those person to train themselves would not be considered a violation of this rule.  Any person running away from PvP and into mobs without the intent of returning with those mobs and with the idea of taking an experience lose as apposed to a PvP death would not be considered in violation of this rule.  As long as running away from PvP and into mobs you do not return you would not be in violation of this rule.  If you run from the PvP agro mobs and then run back for a zoneline to zone safely and leave mobs chasing you in agro range of those at zoneline would be a violation of this rule.

Looting PvP Rule Set

--If persons are engaged on an encounter and they are engaged and killed and then the mob is killed, no matter what % uner 100% the mob was at when they were engaged the Loot is not to be looted under any conditions.  Only an Officer of Defiant and or Raid Leader of Defiant can loot those item to prevent anyone else from looting them.  Those item in turn have to be DESTROYED.  No items where the mob was not engaged by and killed by defiant will be looted by defiant.

--If persons are engaged after a mob dies and the loot has not been looted by those persons, the items are not to be looted and the person those items are to be awarded to are either allowed to return to loot the items and or are rezzed back in.  Told to loot there gear and then the items.  After which, they are immediately KoS again!

-No items where the mob was not engaged and killed by us can be looted under any circumstance.  There is no exception to this rule to include "we eliminated the PvP and then killed the mob, so the loot is our"  If the mob has not been engaged, and or the mob is/has regened back to 100% that mob would then be considered yours.  If you engage and kill them and the mob is at 99% and you kill it, the loot is not to be looted.  You can only take the loot off a mob that you have taken from 100% to death.  There is no exception to the rule.

Violations of Defiant PvP Rule Set

--The intentional trianing as defined above will result in a 5 day suspension

--Ninja looting/taking loot against the above mentioned rules will result in a 10 day suspension and 500 DKP dock.

--Engaging a raid force involved in a keying or reflagging enounter as described above will result in a 5 day suspension.
